		Custom Clamshell Packaging Clamshells give your retail products optimum display value, anti-pilferage security, and the best space usage. Clamshells may be made with various enhancements to make product placement more successful. Value added features include: Built in “feet” or tri-fold hinges for stand-alone capability, Key holes for hanging on a display hook, Undercuts to hold an informational back-card, Buttons for quick and easy snap-shut capability, and many other specialty enhancements to help you stand out on the crowded shelf of products. 		Custom Electronics Packaging We work with you to design and manufacture packaging that will fit the requirements and demands of your sensitive electronic components. Our packaging is capable of stabilizing electronics with minimal circuit board contact. The packaging can be designed to maintain Faraday's cage. It can also be produced from ESD or conductive materials.




		Custom Cushion Packaging Cushion packaging provides the same or improved protection when compared to traditional foam products. It is designed to deform or crush to help keep levels of shock and vibration below those that may damage the product inside the box. It is clean and does not particulate. Manufactured from 100% recycled polyethylene, cushions are environmentally preferred to foam material packaging and they themselves are 100% recyclable and reusable. Cushion packaging also uses 85% less space than traditional foam packaging.




		Custom Handling Trays Custom handling trays offer a cost-effective means to safely and efficiently transport manufactured components between manufacturing areas and facilities. The components can be arranged to optimize size, stacking and nesting. We offer a variety of material choices including anti-static and ESD options to best protect your sensitive components. These trays are also lightweight, adding negligible weight to your shipment. Additionally, the trays are reusable, therefore reducing costs as well as reducing environmental impact.
